It is no longer owned by Bonnie and it shows in the lack of quality. I received 2 arrangements over the holidays. One was much smaller than depicted on website. The second was delivered on the 23rd and dwas by the 24th. It was the holiday and 5 days later when I called the man was very nice and when I asked him to credit my daughters credit card for the dead areangement, he suggested that they just realized deliver a bouquet of cut flowers. I explained I was going to be gone and he said to just call when I wanted them. Did that today. Got a call back this time from a woman. No customer service . Lectured me on why I didn't call Christmas Eve. I decided to let them keep their 40 dollars and will not be doing business with them again. Hate having to go outside of local support of business but sometimes left with no choice
