Rooms are clean & smell fresh. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beds are not the most comfortable, but didn't keep me from sleeping well. Bath towels are small, but had plenty of hot water for a family of four. The breakfast buffet was good and convenient. We stayed here for a hockey tournament and the staff was extremely gracious --especially when 12-14 kids wanted to play "knee hockey" in a vacant dining area. If we needed to stay in Roseau again, I wouldn't mind staying here. It's a typical small town motel with enough amenities to keep you happy, including free (and FAST) WiFi!
Rooms are decent looking......the beds are comfy and it is quiet during the night.......did not try the diner or go to the bar........would stay again
